CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 45% of the service total, unless due to an emergency.
